This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Gibraltar.
• Take full ownership of the affiliate and partnership acquisition strategy from start to finish.
• Identify, assess, and onboard valuable affiliate and acquisition partners.
• Lead negotiations for commercial agreements and manage the terms and arrangements with partners.
• Establish clear performance metrics and ensure the program meets these standards.
• Explore new partnership opportunities while effectively managing and expanding the existing portfolio.
• Oversee affiliate acquisition performance — you will be responsible for the channel's metrics.
• Analyze performance data from partners and make informed decisions regarding investment, scaling, or reductions.
• Collaborate with analytics to ensure accurate attribution and reliable reporting across partner channels.
• Drive comprehensive optimization across creative elements, landing pages, messaging, and incentive structures.
• Stay updated on affiliate industry trends, competitive actions, and emerging partnership models.
• Maintain governance over affiliate workflows, approvals, and adherence to brand standards.
• Monitor fraud, control traffic quality, and manage escalations within the partner network.
• Ensure all partners comply with relevant regulatory and brand standards.
• Keep precise and current records of partner agreements, contacts, and commercial terms.
• Provide clear and regular reports on affiliate program performance to senior stakeholders.
• Coordinate with finance, compliance, and acquisition teams on both commercial and operational issues.
• Offer transparent visibility into partner contributions to overall acquisition performance.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing and partnerships.
• Experience in the Gaming sector is highly preferred.
• A proven history of building and managing an affiliate program with direct accountability for outcomes.
• Experience in negotiating and managing partner contracts and commercial relationships.
• Strong analytical skills — comfortable interpreting performance data and making decisive commercial decisions.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
• Familiarity with affiliate tracking platforms, compliance processes, and fraud management practices.
