This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.
• Designing and implementing intricate research studies that support the development and ongoing enhancement of GoodRx’s subscription services and Core product offerings.
• Overseeing longitudinal CSAT/NPS and other KPI studies for continuous internal and external reporting across all GoodRx product offerings.
• Providing analytical support to the Insights team as required, utilizing Redshift, Tableau, and Lookr to extract customer data and create pertinent dashboards.
• Utilizing multiple primary and secondary quantitative data sources to address critical questions, ensuring a comprehensive analysis of challenges and potential insights.
• Managing the execution of research studies, including sampling, data collection, cleaning, and weighting to maintain the highest standards of data quality.
• Conducting data analysis, including cross-tabulation and dashboard development to produce significant findings.
• Developing reports that are both informative and easy to understand, effectively conveying findings to non-research stakeholders (e.g., senior leadership, sales, product, design).
• A minimum of 8 years of professional experience in consumer/user experience research or analytics.
• Bachelor's degree or 6 years of relevant experience coupled with a Master's degree.
• Extensive expertise in survey design, sampling, weighting, and fundamental statistical analysis.
• Proficiency in Alchemer or Qualtrics.
• Familiarity with Dscout, UserInterviews, or similar qualitative research tools.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, Redshift, and Tableau.
• Skills in presentation creation (PowerPoint, Google Slides).
• Outstanding communication abilities and the capacity to synthesize findings for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience in the healthcare sector is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with AI research tools is preferred but not essential.
