This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Achieve or surpass all assigned quotas and targets.
• Project weekly, monthly, and quarterly revenues for the designated territory.
• Follow up on opportunities generated from inbound inquiries, web leads, and corporate events.
• Conduct inbound and outbound calls to identify potential sales opportunities.
• Meet and exceed daily metrics for calls and activities.
• Manage customer presentations and demonstrations using online tools (GO TO MEETING).
• Monitor sales opportunities (MGOs, deal registrations, quotes, etc.) in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with channel and partner teams to achieve overall company revenue objectives.
• Conduct ongoing research and report on supported opportunities.
• Serve as a liaison between partners, customers, and relevant Fortinet team members.
• Execute additional duties and projects as assigned to foster business growth.
• A demonstrated history of meeting and exceeding sales quotas and targets.
• Understanding of the sales cycle alongside internal and external business processes.
• Capability to manage and drive the sales cycle from initiation to completion.
• Capacity to handle a diverse, high-volume workload; self-motivated and adaptable.
• Ability to rapidly build productive relationships in a dynamic, high-performance setting.
• Proficiency with various software applications.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Experience in managing and forecasting individual quotas.
• Well-organized, with effective time and activity management abilities.
• Ability to leverage entrepreneurial strengths in a forward-thinking manner.
• Proven work ethic and strong time-management skills.
• Ability to close business while maintaining high levels of customer and partner satisfaction.
• Experience with public/private cloud is a plus.
• Familiarity with multi-tier distribution is an advantage.
