Inside Sales Treatment Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Achieve and surpass individual sales targets through proactive engagement and effective virtual consultations.

• Conduct tailored phone or video consultations to educate potential customers about LaserAway treatments.

• Make outbound calls to leads generated by the company and foster customer relationships.

• Present treatment plans and services offered by LaserAway.

• Work collaboratively with Location Directors, Patient Care Coordinators, and Regional Directors to coordinate scheduling and enhance patient experiences.

• Inform customers about financing options and payment plans.

• Address customer concerns and resolve disputes by liaising with internal teams.

• Partner with medical professionals to maintain protocols and uphold brand standards.

• Provide support to colleagues and promote a team-oriented culture.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma is required; a Bachelor’s Degree is strongly preferred.

• At least 3 years of experience in remote consultative sales within a high-ticket industry, or comparable experience in commission-based luxury retail, beauty, or aesthetic dermatology.

• Outstanding consultative sales skills with a focus on understanding customer needs.

• Strong communication and organizational abilities.

• Excellent presentation skills.

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and professional demeanor.

• Capability to work independently while effectively collaborating in a team environment.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and varying shifts.
