Inside Sales Treatment Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Achieve and surpass individual sales targets through proactive engagement and virtual consultations.

• Conduct tailored phone or video consultations, offering treatment recommendations aligned with customers’ aesthetic aspirations.

• Initiate outbound calls to leads generated by the company and foster customer relationships.

• Present LaserAway services and treatment plans in a professional manner.

• Collaborate with Location Directors, Patient Care Coordinators, and Regional Directors to manage scheduling and enhance patient experiences.

• Provide customers with information regarding financing options and payment plans.

• Work alongside internal teams to address disputes and customer inquiries.

• Partner with medical professionals to maintain protocols and uphold brand standards.

• Support team members and contribute to a culture focused on patient care and teamwork.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma is mandatory.

• Bachelor’s Degree is highly preferred.

• A minimum of 3 years of remote consultative sales experience in a high-ticket sector, or equivalent experience in commission-based luxury retail, beauty, or aesthetic dermatology.

• Outstanding consultative sales skills with an emphasis on understanding customer needs.

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

• Strong presentation skills.

• Proactive and detail-oriented professional demeanor.

• Capability to work independently and efficiently within a team setting.

• Availability for evenings, weekends, and varying shifts.

• Proficient in conducting phone or video consultations and utilizing outbound/inbound calls, emails, texts, and virtual meetings.
