Inside Sales Treatment Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Achieve and surpass personal sales targets through proactive outreach and virtual consultations.

• Conduct tailored consultations via phone or video conferencing.

• Inform potential clients about LaserAway’s aesthetic treatment offerings.

• Make outbound calls to leads generated by the company.

• Establish trust and build rapport with customers.

• Present treatment plans and services offered by LaserAway.

• Work in conjunction with Location Directors, Patient Care Coordinators, and Regional Directors to schedule appointments and enhance patient experiences.

• Provide information to customers regarding financing options and payment plans.

• Resolve customer disputes and address concerns in collaboration with internal teams.

• Partner with medical professionals to maintain protocols and uphold brand standards.

• Assist colleagues and promote a team-oriented culture.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma is mandatory; a Bachelor’s Degree is highly preferred.

• At least 3 years of remote consultative sales experience in a high-ticket industry, or equivalent experience in commission-based luxury retail, beauty, or aesthetic dermatology.

• Outstanding consultative sales skills focused on comprehending customer needs.

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

• Strong presentation skills.

• Proactive and detail-oriented professional.

• Capability to work both independently and effectively within a team.

• Availability for evenings, weekends, and varying shifts is required.

• Candidates must reside in Florida.
