Inside Sales Treatment Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Achieve and surpass personal sales targets through proactive engagement and virtual consultations.

• Conduct tailored phone or video consultations, educating customers about LaserAway treatments.

• Make outbound calls to company-generated leads and foster customer relationships.

• Present treatment plans and clarify service options for clients.

• Collaborate with Location Directors, Patient Care Coordinators, and Regional Directors to enhance scheduling and patient experiences.

• Inform customers about financing options and payment plans available.

• Work alongside internal teams to address disputes and customer concerns effectively.

• Partner with medical professionals to maintain protocols and uphold brand standards.

• Assist colleagues and promote a collaborative team culture.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma is essential; a Bachelor’s Degree is highly preferred.

• At least 3 years of remote consultative sales experience in a high-ticket industry, or comparable experience in commission-based luxury retail, beauty, or aesthetic dermatology.

• Outstanding consultative sales skills with a focus on understanding client needs.

• Strong communication and organizational abilities.

• Excellent presentation skills.

• Proactive and detail-oriented with a strong sense of professionalism.

• Ability to work independently while also functioning effectively within a team environment.

• Availability for evenings, weekends, and varying shifts.

• Must be able to work remotely from Florida only.
