
Inside Sales Treatment Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North America.
• Achieve and surpass individual sales targets through proactive outreach and effective virtual consultations.
• Conduct tailored consultations via phone or video conferencing.
• Make outbound calls to leads generated by the company.
• Provide professional and persuasive presentations of LaserAway's services.
• Work collaboratively with Location Directors, Patient Care Coordinators, and Regional Directors.
• Inform customers about financing options available.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve disputes and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain and support LaserAway's standards by working alongside medical professionals.
• High School Diploma is mandatory; a Bachelor's Degree is highly preferred.
• At least 3 years of remote consultative sales experience in a high-ticket sector, or equivalent experience in commission-based luxury retail, beauty, or aesthetic dermatology.
• Outstanding consultative sales skills with an emphasis on understanding customer requirements.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Capability to work independently while also thriving in a team environment.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and various shifts is required.
