This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for institutional customers via phone, email, and video conferencing.
• Act as the main customer representative for designated accounts.
• Conduct customer discovery sessions and coordinate follow-up training with Cefaly Regional Trainers.
• Travel to client sites to deliver high-caliber training to healthcare professionals.
• Organize and follow up on in-service meetings with Regional Trainers.
• Accurately process and track customer orders.
• Collaborate with Customer Service to address inquiries, resolve issues, and manage complaints.
• Take initiative to enhance personal skills and improve departmental processes.
• Convert potential customers into active clients.
• Work in conjunction with Inside Sales Representatives and Trainers.
• Represent CEFALY Technology at industry trade shows and medical conferences.
• Adjust to changing business requirements and undertake additional responsibilities as needed.
• Generate new leads and keep precise contact information in Salesforce.
• Perform other assigned tasks as required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a medical, life sciences, or related healthcare field.
• A medical or clinical background is essential, including experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, healthcare sales, or previous clinical experience.
• 1–3 years of inside sales experience in a medical, biotechnology, or technology sector is preferred.
• Demonstrated understanding of clinical environments and medical terminology.
• Candidates with pertinent internships or strong transferable skills will also be taken into account.
