Inside Sales Supervisor – Gas Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Oversee the sales team in all facets of their responsibilities, enhancing their individual skills and performance.

• Assess, cultivate, and instruct new hires while monitoring their development.

• Resolve issues with customers and colleagues diplomatically.

• Collaborate with Branch Leadership to set goals and objectives for the designated area.

• Address customer order issues and complaints in a timely manner.

• Examine complaints related to billing or products sold, directing them for further investigation.

• Understand the desired merchandise by being knowledgeable about the products offered in the department.

• Identify and apply relevant company and/or customer pricing systems.

• Build or enhance relationships with customers to gain a deeper understanding of the sales territory.

• Communicate with customers to take orders for products.

• Reach out to both regular and prospective customers to encourage orders.

• Explain and/or showcase products, highlighting their marketable features.

• Promote and sell branch and company-wide promotions and specials.

• Collaborate with external sales representatives and management on sales strategies.

• Excellent interpersonal and team leadership capabilities.

• Proven experience as an Inside Sales Representative.

• Expertise in CRM software and Microsoft Excel.

• Comprehensive understanding of the sales administration process.

• Strong analytical and organizational skills.

• Capacity to identify challenges and implement effective solutions.
