This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Generate and dispatch quotes on behalf of Sales Representatives.
• Develop and uphold reports, logs, and documentation.
• Engage daily with clients and vendors through phone, text, and email.
• Assist sales representatives with scheduling, follow-ups, and administrative duties.
• Utilize Outlook and Microsoft Teams for communication and coordination.
• Ensure that information is well-organized, accurate, and delivered promptly.
• Work collaboratively with internal departments to aid ongoing projects and meet customer requirements.
• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in sales.
• Excellent verbal, written, and English communication skills.
• Willingness to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or during US operating hours.
• Proficiency in Salesforce.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Teams.
• Strong organizational abilities with a keen attention to detail.
• Quick learner and adept with technology.
• Strong verbal and written communication capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced work environment.
• A proactive attitude and the ability to work autonomously.
