This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Lead the Inside Sales team to ensure effective utilization of customer acquisition platforms, providing comprehensive training for optimal use.
• Foster a robust culture of commercial excellence, accountability, customer engagement, and data-driven execution throughout the organization.
• Work collaboratively with Sales, Marketing, Applications, and Product Management teams to engage key buyer personas in the purchasing process with tailored pitches and value propositions.
• Ensure consistent implementation and adherence to the commercial and editorial strategies within the Inside Sales organization.
• A Master's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Engineering, or comparable professional experience.
• A minimum of 10 years of international inside sales leadership experience in the Biotech/Biopharma sector.
• A proven history of success in capital equipment, consumables, and service contract sales, including managing complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
• A solid understanding of Biotech/Biopharma workflows, laboratory settings, procurement processes, and regulatory industry standards.
• Demonstrated ability to build, lead, coach, and scale high-performing inside sales teams.
• Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with CRM systems (Salesforce.com), customer acquisition and prospecting platforms, digital marketing tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and standard business software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Artificial Intelligence tools).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, encompassing scientific, technical, and business-oriented communication.
• Proficiency in English is essential; additional European languages are viewed as a significant advantage.
