• Sales analysis: evaluate customer sales data to uncover sales trends and opportunities in collaboration with management.
• Outbound Phone Sales: generate sales opportunities through outbound cold calling and inbound calls with both existing and prospective customers.
• Price Quoting Management: oversee new price requests while utilizing CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to keep accurate records of all customer details and pricing information.
• Act as a liaison among our Sales Agencies, Distributors, and Territory Managers.
• Respond to inquiries via email or phone about existing orders promptly.
• Follow up on sample requests and new quotations in a timely manner, adhering to Keystone policies.
• Verify availability of orders and stock, communicating updates to customers and internal stakeholders promptly.
• Cross-reference part numbers from other manufacturers with Keystone products, ensuring accurate product matches while providing support to customers and the sales team with equivalent solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
• Experience and product knowledge in the lighting industry are essential.
• 1-2 years of sales experience in a similar inside sales position.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on prompt responses, clear communication, and a strong commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Teams, and Excel.
• Familiarity with CRM software and Prophet 21 is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a time-sensitive work environment.
• Comfortable engaging in phone interactions with excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently or collaboratively as part of a team.
