This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Acquire business from students and families through consultative sales discussions related to standardized test preparation, admissions counseling, and academic support services provided by The Princeton Review.
• Employ a consultative sales methodology to evaluate customer needs, offer suggestions, address concerns, and guide customers throughout the purchasing journey.
• Develop enduring relationships and trust with students and families to cater to their ongoing educational requirements and potential future service needs.
• Represent and convey The Princeton Review's mission and brand ethos in every customer interaction.
• Meet and aim to surpass monthly personal and team sales and revenue goals.
• Collaborate with team leaders and managers to maintain and enhance key sales metrics.
• Manage a substantial sales pipeline while balancing inbound call coverage, outbound follow-ups, and customer engagement efforts.
• Accurately and consistently track sales activities using Salesforce.com and other relevant systems.
• Work collaboratively with the sales team to promote a competitive, positive, and motivating team environment.
• Assist in additional initiatives and contribute to delivering an outstanding experience for enrolled students.
• Maintain strong organizational skills while juggling multiple priorities in a remote setting.
• Execute other duties as assigned.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.
• A minimum of one year of direct-to-consumer sales experience, ideally in a dynamic environment.
• Highly competitive with a proven history of achieving or surpassing sales targets.
• Personable, enthusiastic, and capable of quickly building trust and rapport with potential customers.
• Adaptable and eager to learn swiftly while demonstrating a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, including effective listening, probing, objection handling, and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized and proficient in managing pipelines, tasks, and customer follow-up activities effectively.
• Comfortable initiating conversations and engaging with potential customers you haven't met before.
• Technologically adept and familiar with CRM systems; experience with Salesforce.com is an advantage.
• Self-driven and capable of working independently in a remote environment while remaining connected with managers and colleagues.
• Experience or interest in education, test preparation, admissions, or academic support services.
