This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Engage in proactive prospecting and consultative interactions with qualified leads, including students, alumni, and the marketing database.
• Execute high-level negotiations, utilizing technical expertise to facilitate enrollments.
• Oversee the sales funnel (CRM) with an emphasis on closing deals and meeting ambitious targets.
• Actively contribute to "re-engagement" and retention initiatives for our database.
• Initiate outbound and inbound communications with leads through phone, WhatsApp, and other channels.
• Effectively present courses in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner.
• Swiftly identify lead profiles and direct the suitable offers accordingly.
• Adhere to call scripts and apply telephone sales techniques.
• Conduct follow-ups as per the established cadence.
• Handle a high volume of daily calls.
• Record interactions and progress in the CRM system.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals for contacts, conversions, and enrollments.
• Maintain a strong focus on closing sales.
• Demonstrated experience in Inside Sales and consultative selling.
• Previous experience working remotely or as a contractor (PJ) is preferred.
• Strong results-oriented approach and a mentality of ownership.
• Preferred qualifications include a degree or knowledge in Foreign Trade, Business Administration, International Relations, or Logistics.
