This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Accountable for generating new business leads and re-engaging dormant accounts.
• Assist the Medical Sales team through targeted outreach efforts.
• Provide ongoing account coverage and implement strategic campaigns.
• Engage in training and team initiatives to foster continuous growth and success.
• Concentrate on identifying and reconnecting with inactive and zero-dollar accounts.
• Offer coverage and support for open territories and handle requests for inactive accounts.
• Ensure account continuity and address customer needs promptly and effectively.
• Take part in GEMS Blitzes, training sessions, and call center events.
• Demonstrated experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or a similar customer-facing position, ideally within a B2B context.
• Exceptional verbal communication, active listening, and interpersonal abilities.
• Capability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
• Strong persuasive skills and aptitude for negotiation.
• Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience or knowledge in relevant industries, such as pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, laboratory sciences, or medical devices, is a significant advantage.
