• Conduct sales analysis by evaluating customer sales data to uncover trends and opportunities in collaboration with management.
• Initiate outbound phone sales opportunities with both current and prospective customers through cold calling and inbound calls.
• Manage price quoting by handling new pricing requests and utilizing the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to maintain accurate records of customer information and pricing.
• Act as a liaison between our Sales Agencies, Distributors, and Territory Managers.
• Respond promptly to inquiries via email or phone regarding existing orders.
• Ensure timely follow-up on sample requests and new quotes in accordance with Keystone policies.
• Verify order and stock availability, communicating relevant information to customers and internal stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Cross-reference other manufacturers' part numbers with Keystone products to ensure accurate product matching while providing equivalent solutions to customers and the sales team.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
• Required experience and product knowledge in the lighting industry.
• 1-2 years of sales experience in a similar inside sales position is necessary.
• Excellent customer service skills, emphasizing quick responses, clear communication, and a strong commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Teams, and Excel.
• Familiarity with CRM software and Prophet 21 is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
• Capable of performing in a time-sensitive work environment.
• Comfortable engaging in phone interactions with strong verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work well independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
