This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +3 more states.
• Oversee, inspire, and nurture a team of inside sales representatives.
• Facilitate regular one-on-one coaching sessions aimed at enhancing skills, productivity, and achieving goals.
• Conduct team meetings, call reviews, and training sessions.
• Assist with the onboarding and ramp-up process for new hires.
• Ensure the team meets or surpasses activity, pipeline, and revenue objectives.
• Track daily performance metrics, including calls, emails, meetings, and conversions.
• Promote best practices in prospecting, qualification, and follow-up.
• Offer real-time support on deal strategies and handling objections.
• Establish and refine sales processes, playbooks, and standards for CRM usage.
• Keep accurate records of pipeline and forecasting data.
• Identify process gaps and suggest enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners in Sales & Marketing regarding lead flow, campaigns, and messaging.
• A Bachelor's degree.
• At least 3 years of experience in inside sales or B2B outside sales.
• A minimum of 1 year of direct people management or team leadership experience.
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), sales engagement tools, and reporting dashboards.
• Experience supervising SDR/ISR teams in a high-volume setting.
• Background in commercial operations or sales enablement.
