
Inside Sales Specialist – EMEA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Generate new leads and engage with potential customers across the EMEA region and beyond.
• Actively identify, research, and connect with new prospects through various outbound prospecting methods, including calls, emails, social media, and campaigns.
• Collaborate with local Technical Account Managers (TAMs) to create and implement targeted prospecting campaigns based on accounts and territories.
• Comprehend and effectively communicate the advantages of Alamar's proprietary NULISA™ technology and ARGO™ HT System to potential clients.
• Perform impactful outreach and follow up on leads to generate sales opportunities.
• Maintain an up-to-date database of current and prospective customers within assigned territories.
• Leverage prospecting tools, databases, and scientific networks to identify Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), influencers, and decision-makers while mapping their extended networks.
• Assess inbound and outbound leads based on fit, intent, timing, and relevance to applications.
• Conduct discovery discussions to gain insights into customer needs, research objectives, and purchasing motivations.
• Convert qualified leads into opportunities and transition them seamlessly to field or downstream sales teams.
• Meet quarterly sales targets and contribute to the organization's revenue growth goals.
• Work in tandem with channel partners to build pipelines and close deals, including providing part-time support for the APAC region.
• Remain knowledgeable about competing products and services within the proteomics market.
• A Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or a relevant field is preferred.
• Demonstrable inside sales experience, ideally within the biotechnology or life sciences sectors.
• Strong understanding of proteomics and biomarker research is preferred.
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
• Proficient in CRM software and sales enablement tools, preferably Salesforce and HubSpot.
• Proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales quotas.
• Strong organizational skills and the capability to multitask effectively.
