This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latvia.
• Responsible for the Baltic States region.
• Management, analysis, and follow-up of CRM leads.
• Oversight of quarterly results for the Partner Portal, including analysis and follow-up.
• Coordination of distributor events: Sending invitations, following up, checking participant lists, gathering event feedback, and implementing improvements to boost sales and leads.
• Management of Ajax events: Qualification and tracking of leads, along with participant follow-up.
• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and sell the company's solutions.
• Address inbound sales inquiries and follow up on leads generated from other sales channels.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Ensure accurate and current records of customer interactions and sales activities are maintained in the company’s CRM system.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure a smooth customer experience and address any arising issues.
• Provide regular updates to management regarding performance and progress.
• Manage and maintain a comprehensive database of all sales data, including orders, payments, forecasts, and BDMs' call cycles.
• Prepare proposals and other sales-related documentation.
• Organize sales events, demonstrations, and presentations.
• Achieve or surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Demonstrated experience in inside sales, ideally within an IT or IoT context.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Goal-oriented with a strong desire to meet and exceed targets.
• Skilled at building rapport and establishing long-term relationships with customers.
• Proficient in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
