Inside Sales Specialist – B2B

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Management, analysis, and follow-up of CRM leads

• Oversight of Partner Portal quarterly results, including analysis and follow-up

• Organizing distributor events: sending invitations, following up, checking participant lists, gathering event feedback, and implementing improvements to enhance sales and lead generation

• Handling Ajax events: qualifying and tracking leads, as well as following up with participants

• Conducting outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and sell the company's solutions

• Addressing inbound sales inquiries and following up on leads generated through other sales channels

• Establishing and nurturing customer relationships, understanding their needs, and offering solutions that meet their requirements

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities within the company's CRM system

• Collaborating with various departments to ensure a smooth customer experience and resolve any arising issues

• Providing regular updates to management regarding performance and progress

• Managing and maintaining a comprehensive database of all sales data, including orders, payments, forecasts, performance, and BDM call cycles

• Preparing proposals and other materials related to sales

• Coordinating demonstrations and presentations for sales events

• Achieving or surpassing monthly and quarterly sales targets


⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in inside sales, ideally in a B2B setting

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Italian

• Goal-driven mindset with a strong passion for meeting targets

• Ability to form rapport and cultivate long-term relationships with customers

• Proficiency in CRM software and the MS Office Suite

• Self-motivated, resilient, and adaptable to a dynamic sales environment
