This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +5 more states.
• Profitably increase NTW unit, sales revenue, and gross margin within targeted customer segments.
• Achieve goals through a customer-focused approach and collaboration with the designated Account Manager team.
• The primary expectations of this role include expanding tire and non-tire sales within the assigned portfolio.
• Enhance TIPS adoption and usage, facilitate customer progression in the segment funnel, and meet minimum call volume activity requirements.
• Identify Segment “F” Customers as outlined in the 2026 Segmentation (Low Volume, No Program).
• Boost overall sales revenue and unit figures.
• Drive customer progression into segments A-D.
• Pursue Manufacturer Programs.
• Generate sales via outbound calls.
• Establish TIPS accounts.
• Promote and communicate NTW-specific promotions.
• Inform about manufacturer-eligible rebates.
• Set up term accounts in coordination with the credit department.
• Advocate for Metrolink with eligible dealers.
• Additional responsibilities include increasing unit and sales revenue growth in the following categories: P/LT Tires and Medium Truck Specialty.
• Maintain activity records.
• Accurately document call activity details for all customers in Salesforce.com.
• Ongoing responsibilities include alignment with Center Operations and Field Sales personnel.
• Ensure clear communication regarding program lead opportunities back to the Account Managers.
• Maintain clear communication with DC managers concerning service issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Strong and professional selling skills over the telephone.
• Ability to learn and become adept with technology tools: SalesForce.com, TIPS, QlikView, SAP, and Personas.
• Experience in the automotive or tire industry is preferred.
• Professional appearance and excellent communication skills.
• Occasional travel by car or airplane is required.
• Capability to carry promotional and sales materials and maneuver tires for demonstration when necessary.
• Daily use of a computer keyboard and monitor is required.
• Daily telephone usage is required.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish/English is a plus.
