• Promote and market Sequel’s range of products.
• Collaborate with Territory Business Leaders and Clinical Diabetes Specialists.
• Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers.
• Manage incoming call queues.
• Assess customers' needs and offer customized solutions.
• Inform customers about the advantages of the products.
• Maintain communication with customers throughout their product experience.
• Perform documentation and data entry tasks in Salesforce.
• Stay informed on industry trends and developments.
• Coordinate efforts with field teams, medical offices, and customers.
• Provide insights for process enhancements.
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• A minimum of 1 year of proven sales success in the medical device, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or consumer product sectors.
• Preferred sales experience in a medical or health-related setting.
• Familiarity with diabetes and experience assisting customers with diabetes is advantageous.
• Experience in supporting customers through the pharmacy channel is preferred.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience providing remote support, especially in a regulated environment.
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM is preferred.
• Previous B2B or B2C experience is preferred.
• Demonstrates persistence and innovative problem-solving abilities.
• Delivers impactful oral and written communications.
• Exhibits effective self-management and action orientation.
