📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Account Manager to prepare and present sales quotations.

• Prepare and store sales contracts securely.

• Generate regular reports on sales and pipeline management.

• Maintain precise and current records within the Salesforce.com system.

• Support account managers in following up on leads generated from marketing campaigns.

• Exhibit strong communication skills to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction through outstanding sales service.

• Partner with the operations team to guarantee the successful completion of deliveries.

• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure accurate invoicing.

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.

• Over 2 years of relevant work experience.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, with a knack for effective interaction with customers and cross-functional teams.

• Strong analytical capabilities, enabling data analysis and informed decision-making.

• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Prior experience in the fitness industry is advantageous.

• Proficiency in English as a working language.

• Experience in inside sales, customer service, or a similar role in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with ERP systems, such as SAP.
