This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of and manage a designated portfolio of target accounts by crafting strategic engagement plans, pinpointing opportunities, fostering customer relationships, and achieving business outcomes aligned with territory goals.
• Create and implement territory and account-level business strategies aimed at enhancing product awareness, ensuring appropriate usage, and boosting customer engagement.
• Engage with healthcare professionals virtually through phone calls, video conferencing, emails, and approved digital platforms, employing compliant and customer-centric sales techniques.
• Identify and engage with multidisciplinary hospital stakeholders, including physicians, pharmacists, microbiologists, antimicrobial stewardship teams, infection prevention personnel, nursing staff, care management, and executive leadership as needed.
• Leverage hospital analytics, customer insights, CRM data, and market intelligence to prioritize opportunities and enhance account performance.
• Navigate intricate hospital systems to identify key decision-makers, comprehend customer needs, and facilitate the implementation of approved CorMedix therapies.
• Educate customers on sanctioned product details, clinical data, reimbursement resources, and available company programs through compliant promotional messaging.
• Aid customers in understanding clinical workflows, treatment pathways, diagnostic procedures, and endorsed implementation strategies that could affect proper product usage.
• Build relationships with alternative care sites, including home infusion providers, outpatient infusion centers, physician office infusion centers, and other healthcare settings that align with brand strategy.
• Work collaboratively with Medical Affairs, Marketing, Market Access, National Accounts, Sales Leadership, and other cross-functional partners to address customer needs and achieve business objectives.
• Conduct virtual educational programs and customer presentations for assigned accounts.
• Ensure precise CRM documentation, track territory activities, and fulfill administrative duties in accordance with company policies and compliance standards.
• Engage in coaching, professional development, ongoing training, and performance feedback to continually enhance commercial effectiveness.
• Uphold the highest standards of integrity, compliance, collaboration, and customer focus in all business interactions.
• A Bachelor's degree is required; a degree in Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in the last 8 years (licensed and/or credentialed healthcare provider, e.g., RN, BSN, NP, PA, RPH, ASCP, etc.) or over 5 years of inside sales experience.
• Experience engaging with hospitals, integrated delivery networks, or health systems is preferred.
• Proven success in managing complex customer relationships and meeting business objectives.
• Experience with CRM systems, analytics, and data-driven account planning.
• Familiarity with institutional healthcare environments, including formulary processes, clinical decision-making, and multidisciplinary customer engagement, is preferred.
