• Develop and nurture B2B customer relationships.
• Drive online B2B sales expansion and customer acquisition.
• Create new business opportunities and generate sales leads.
• Assist in the onboarding processes for customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, logistics, accounting, and marketing.
• Provide support for customers regarding order, pricing, and invoice inquiries.
• Track inventory and sales activities to ensure operational efficiency.
• Contribute to maintaining robust long-term customer relationships.
• Proven experience in B2B sales, inside sales, account management, or business development.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficient in outbound prospecting and lead generation.
• Familiarity with working towards KPIs or sales objectives.
• Organized with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with various teams.
• Professional proficiency in English communication.
• Experience with wholesale, retail, distribution, e-commerce, or reseller accounts is advantageous.
• Experience supporting US-based customers or teams is a plus.
• Knowledge of CRM systems, e-commerce platforms, or inventory/order management tools is a plus.
• Background in food & beverage, consumer goods, distribution, or wholesale sectors is a plus.
