This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Boost sales of existing and new products via direct marketing initiatives and telephone sales for a designated customer base.
• Engage in proactive outbound prospecting to attract new customers while assisting the field sales team in a specified region.
• Provide support to the field sales team by coordinating appointment scheduling and nurturing relationships with current customers.
• Collect market intelligence, including customer surveys and effective knowledge management.
• Update and enhance the SFDC database with relevant customer details.
• A commercial/business qualification or training in dental/dental technology.
• Proven sales experience.
• Background in telephone sales (telesales).
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Familiarity with ERP systems.
• Fluent in German with good written and spoken English skills.
