• Monitor opportunities and customer engagements following the lead stage
• Follow up with clients regarding quotes, bids, inquiries, and project timelines
• Ensure precise CRM records and pipeline management
• Collaborate with Sales Managers and Estimators to advance opportunities
• Interact with customers through phone and email to foster strong relationships
• Assist in coordinating next steps between internal teams and clients
• Handle multiple opportunities and priorities while remaining focused on sales objectives
• Support special projects associated with export-controlled work
• Adhere to company policies and safety procedures
• Travel to significant trade shows and industry events
• Represent Astro Pak and aid in business development efforts
• High school diploma or equivalent is required (some college education preferred)
• 2–4 years of experience in a sales environment with performance targets
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships
• Exceptional organizational skills and capability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience with the following is a plus:
• Technical or industrial sales
• Mechanical drawings or technical documentation
• Pharmaceutical, water systems, or highly regulated sectors
