Inside Sales Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Management, analysis, and follow-up of CRM leads.

• Oversight and analysis of quarterly results from the Partner Portal, ensuring follow-up actions are taken.

• Coordination of distributor events: Sending invitations and follow-up, verifying participant lists, gathering event feedback, and suggesting improvements to boost sales and leads.

• Handling Ajax events: Qualifying and tracking leads, along with following up with participants.

• Conducting outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and sell the company's solutions.

• Addressing inbound sales inquiries and following up on leads generated through various sales channels.

• Developing and nurturing relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and delivering solutions to fulfill their requirements.

• Maintaining precise and current records of customer interactions and sales activities within the company's CRM system.

• Collaborating with other departments to ensure a smooth customer experience and address any arising issues.

• Providing regular performance and progress updates to management.

• Managing and updating a comprehensive database of all sales data, including orders, payments, forecasts, performance, and BDM call cycles.

• Preparing proposals and other materials related to sales.

• Coordinating demonstrations and presentations for sales events.

• Achieving or surpassing monthly and quarterly sales targets.


⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in inside sales, ideally within a B2B context.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (minimum B2 level) and native proficiency in French.

• Goal-driven attitude with a strong desire to meet targets.

• Ability to foster rapport and build lasting relationships with customers.

• Proficient in CRM software and the MS Office Suite.

• Self-driven, resilient, and capable of adapting to a fast-paced sales environment.
