This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Facilitate discussions among clinical and enterprise stakeholders within large health system accounts by region, emphasizing Aidoc's clinical AI solutions, and collaborating with territory teams to conduct comprehensive account research, create stakeholder maps, and engage various personas across clinical, IT, and executive levels.
• Propel deals forward and enhance conversion rates by managing and qualifying early-stage opportunities, conducting targeted outreach, leading initial discovery sessions on clinical and enterprise AI, and rigorously qualifying deals to advance prospects.
• Utilize storytelling and strong narrative abilities regarding Aidoc's aiOS™ workflow integration and CARE™ foundation models. Foster relationships with IT, C-Suite, and clinical stakeholders, identify pain points and desired outcomes, and deliver consistent value-added follow-ups.
• Assist in the expansion of account teams by updating research, coordinating internal resources, and identifying whitespace opportunities to align technical needs and organizational dynamics, focusing on the scalable deployment of Aidoc's AI.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related discipline; an advanced degree is preferred.
• Over 4 years of experience in enterprise sales, inside sales, or as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) in healthcare technology or SaaS solutions.
• Demonstrated success in stakeholder mapping, lead qualification, and deal progression within complex B2B environments.
• Ideally knowledgeable in clinical departments, IT integrations, and enterprise budgeting processes.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the capability to engage a diverse range of personas from entry-level to executive.
• Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, SalesLoft, or similar platforms).
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
