Inside Sales Specialist – Aesthetics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Promote and market our aesthetic products (medical devices) through phone communication with specialist physicians.

• Engage with customers using various channels, including phone, email, and virtual conferencing tools, to cultivate strong relationships and meet sales objectives.

• Achieve or surpass sales goals for the designated inside sales (remote) territory.

• Enhance market share within the assigned area.

• Convince customers using competitor products to switch, identify and acquire new clients, expand existing accounts, and regain lost customers.

• Proactively qualify and generate leads.

• Identify cross-selling opportunities.

• Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact with potential clients to closing deals and maintaining long-term customer relationships.

• Organize and conduct remote customer appointments, ensuring thorough follow-up; provide professional information, product presentations, and marketing to office-based physicians and hospital specialists.

• Execute outbound calls and address inbound inquiries.

• Qualify leads effectively.

• Continuously assess customer profiles and their potential.

• Create a revenue-maximizing annual plan for the respective remote territory, emphasizing strategic territory management.

• Analyze market trends regarding our products and competitors, identifying opportunities and critical developments.

• Utilize marketing materials strategically to effectively communicate core messages, product differentiation, and our brand positioning against competitors.

• Implement product messaging effectively and align actions with marketing plans and sales cycles, including strategic orientation and tactical execution of the brand strategy.

• Ensure professional reporting through timely and accurate completion of all administrative tasks and fulfillment of KPIs.

• Manage accounts competently with a proactive approach to customer needs.

• Provide exceptional customer service, address customer concerns and inquiries professionally, propose solution strategies, and follow up promptly on agreed actions with active monitoring.

• Attend regional events in person when required.


⛳️ Requirements

• Completed training that qualifies you to work as a medical device consultant.

• Successfully finished commercial or scientific training; experience as a pharmaceutical sales representative or the required expertise under §75 of the German Medicines Act (Arzneimittelgesetz) is beneficial.

• Basic knowledge of GxP.

• A minimum of two years' experience in customer service, with at least one year in a telephone-based role preferred.

• Willingness to receive training in telephone sales.

• Strong passion for the aesthetics industry.

• Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken.

• Good English language skills are a plus.

• High customer orientation aimed at achieving strong customer/patient satisfaction.

• Strong persuasive abilities, presentation and closing skills, along with excellent communication and teamwork capabilities.

• High agility and readiness to continuously adapt to changing market conditions and innovate working methods.

• Strong digital competence and confident use of digital solutions (Veeva CRM and CLM, XPM, WebEx, etc.) alongside proficiency in MS Office.

• Commitment to ongoing professional development.

• Ability to present complex scientific information appropriately to the target audience and engage in discussions with various customer groups.

• High motivation and energy to pursue and achieve goals.

• Excellent performance management to continuously optimize sales target achievement.

• Strong analytical skills combined with creativity.
