This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Initiating outbound calls to both current and potential customers to promote Solventum products and qualify leads.
• Addressing inbound inquiries through phone, email, or chat, and supplying information regarding products or services.
• Assessing customer needs and proposing suitable solutions.
• Keeping precise records of customer interactions in Salesforce.com.
• Working collaboratively with the field sales team and other internal resources to formulate strategies for meeting sales objectives.
• Exhibiting a proficient understanding of procedural, clinical, and technical product knowledge to identify products that align with customer needs.
• Following up on leads and prospects to cultivate relationships and advance them through the sales pipeline.
• Closing sales and meeting daily metrics and monthly quotas.
• Staying updated on industry trends, competitor actions, and market changes.
• A Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND at least (2) years of sales experience.
• OR an Associate Degree AND (4) years of sales experience.
• Prior experience in sales, preferably in healthcare or inside sales.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Familiarity with CRM software and various sales tools.
• Goal-oriented attitude with a proven history of achieving or surpassing sales targets.
