Inside Sales, Sales Support Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Identify and connect with prospective clients using email, phone calls, SMS, LinkedIn, and various social media channels.

• Cultivate a deep understanding of the company's offerings, services, and unique value proposition.

• Conduct research, collect, and confirm prospect information to assess potential sales opportunities.

• Arrange meetings and appointments with key decision-makers.

• Keep precise records of leads, opportunities, follow-ups, and sales activities.

• Support the closing of sales opportunities through effective communication and follow-up processes.

• Compile and submit weekly reports on sales activities and pipeline status.

• Offer administrative assistance for sales initiatives, including the preparation of presentation materials, product activations, and event coordination.

• Aid in the creation and distribution of email marketing campaigns (EDMs), event invitations, LinkedIn content, and other marketing resources.

• Execute additional sales support and administrative tasks as directed by management.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• 2–3 years of experience in inside sales, sales support, business development, or lead generation, ideally in the IT sector.

• Recent graduates with an IT-related degree and strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Strong telephone etiquette and professional email communication skills.

• Comfortable engaging with clients and fostering professional relationships.

• Sales-oriented, goal-driven, self-motivated, and proactive in approach.

• Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
