This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Promoting construction services.
• Expand the client base by identifying potential leads, developing proposals, and executing effective sales strategies.
• Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of our company and its offerings while consistently showcasing its value to clients.
• Create and maintain contact lists of potential leads.
• Conduct cold calls.
• Successfully close deals.
• Generate proposals for customers.
• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field is essential.
• Strong knowledge of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Demonstrated history of success.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to both small and large groups.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Capability to effectively manage multiple accounts while maintaining attention to detail.
