• Actively generate and qualify new leads through various outbound outreach methods, including calls, emails, texts, and digital platforms.
• Quickly respond to inbound inquiries, converting them into viable sales opportunities.
• Inform prospective clients about Nidra Therapy and assist them throughout their decision-making journey.
• Regularly achieve or surpass activity and conversion goals, such as calls, appointments, and conversions.
• Oversee and document all sales activities within the Salesforce CRM system.
• Work in conjunction with marketing and patient access teams to enhance lead flow and conversion strategies.
• Provide insights on messaging, campaigns, and lead quality to boost overall funnel performance.
• 1–3+ years of experience in inside sales or lead generation, whether B2C or B2B.
• Strong skills in outbound prospecting and a comfort level with high-volume outreach.
• Demonstrated ability to convert leads into customers within a structured sales environment.
• Excellent communication abilities and skills for handling objections.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is preferred.
• Highly driven, goal-focused, and capable of thriving in a metrics-oriented setting.
• Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications.
• $3,500 OTE per quarter ($14,000 annual OTE)
