This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Act as an advocate for the client's products and services, generating interest and awareness of the client's value proposition.
• Cultivate and strengthen relationships with clients.
• Demonstrate the ability to effectively communicate technical and business value propositions via phone and email.
• Prepare and present proposals and presentations as required.
• Conduct online demonstrations of services.
• Provide technical information regarding products and services.
• Make outbound calls to prospects—high call volume is essential for new (prospecting) and existing accounts.
• At least one year of sales experience, preferably in tele sales or B2B sales.
• Proficient in both Spanish and English.
• Experience in Account Management within the SMB sector.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM tools is preferred.
• Demonstrated success in a quota-driven, high-demand sales environment.
• High cognitive ability with a strong passion for solving challenges.
• Capable of quickly learning and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the client's products and services.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a strong telephone presence.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships over the phone.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant computer software and hardware.
