This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Generate demand for IDEXX products and services among both potential and current customers
• Promote IDEXX Rapid Assay tests and various specialty tests through value creation and fostering customer loyalty
• Conduct regular and impactful virtual discussions with customers to identify their diagnostic requirements and suggest suitable solutions
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues to address customer needs and explore growth opportunities, leveraging shared expertise
• Utilize data tools and insights to drive customer-focused growth and loyalty
• Manage customer order processing
• Cultivate and sustain a high level of expertise in products and services, competencies, processes, and technical skills through engagement in assessment and development planning, as well as formal and informal training and coaching.
• A customer and growth-focused mindset, with prior experience in daily customer interactions – preferably with a background in virtual sales
• Proficient in English (and any additional required language) – both spoken and written
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Capability to work independently while also being a dedicated team player
• Adherence to a philosophy of excellence – consistently employing methods that enhance value and efficiency
• Action-oriented and resilient in a dynamic business environment – organized with a proactive approach and meticulous attention to detail

• Competent in absorbing and conveying technical information, with the ability to tailor communication for diverse stakeholders
• Familiarity with the veterinary diagnostic market; experience in the healthcare or scientific sectors is advantageous
