
Inside Sales Representative, SMB, MSP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Qualify and respond swiftly to incoming leads, ensuring a positive first impression of Keeper’s MSP program and offerings.
• Handle daily partner inquiries regarding pricing, training, and renewals while spotting opportunities for expansion and cross-selling.
• Conduct engaging virtual demonstrations that effectively communicate Keeper’s value in cybersecurity, password management, and privileged access solutions.
• Research and contact potential MSP, MSSP, and Telco partners to create new pipelines and enhance program adoption.
• Collaborate closely with the ISR 2 to transition growing accounts to strategic management while ensuring territory continuity.
• Engage in sales training and enablement initiatives to gain expertise in Keeper’s portfolio and progress towards becoming an ISR 2.
• Utilize CRM (Salesforce) and reporting tools to keep accurate records of activities, pipeline status, and forecast reliability.
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings (locally, nationally, and potentially internationally) and rent and/or operate a vehicle on behalf of the company.
• Over 2 years of experience in inside sales, channel development, or B2B SaaS sales.
• Basic understanding of the MSP and cybersecurity landscape.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks concurrently, with a focus on deadlines.
• Comfortable with virtual presentations, demos, and CRM-driven sales processes.
• Experience with a Customer Relationship Management tool; proficiency in Salesforce is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office & Google Suite applications is preferred.
• A positive attitude, team-oriented approach, results-driven mindset, and well-organized.
• Desire to advance into a senior sales or strategic account position within Keeper’s MSP organization.
• Openness to travel up to 10%.
