This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Consult & Close: Take charge of the entire inbound sales process. Guide incoming leads through their production journey, confidently address objections, and position THE/STUDIO as the top choice against "cheap but risky" sourcing alternatives.
• Nurture the Engine: Move beyond one-time transactions. Develop and oversee your own robust portfolio of repeat clients, transforming initial inbound purchasers into long-lasting partners.
• Pipeline Speed & Discipline: Administer a high-volume pipeline in Pipedrive with military-level precision, swift sales rhythms, and impeccable CRM management.
• Cross-Functional Ownership: Work closely with our Lead Generation, Production, and Design teams to ensure precise execution while maintaining strict oversight of order tracking and post-sale follow-ups.
• Industry Mastery: We will provide you with comprehensive training in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Design, and Product Development, enabling you to challenge your prospects and identify high-value solutions.
• 2–5 years of recent, quota-carrying sales experience (preferably as an Account Executive or in consultative Inside Sales).
• High-Velocity Experience: Demonstrated success in managing high-volume inbound leads in an SMB, tech, or service-oriented setting.
• High-Energy Video Presence: Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities. You are comfortable engaging in video calls to consult with creators and brand founders.
• CRM Discipline: Strong proficiency in CRM processes (Pipedrive experience is a significant advantage) and managing quick, organized email sequences.
• Creative Instincts: A keen interest in apparel, custom products, or manufacturing is a strong advantage. (Experience collaborating with designers or basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator is a considerable plus.)
• Remote Infrastructure: Must have a laptop/desktop (8GB+ RAM), a reliable internet connection (10+ Mbps), and a quiet, professional environment for calls.
