This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Engaging in cold calling and initial outreach to proactively connect with clinics.
• Qualifying leads and scheduling appointments by evaluating needs and organizing introductory meetings.
• Conducting follow-ups and developing a sales pipeline through systematic engagement.
• Utilizing lead lists and tools to access automatically generated target account and contact information.
• Maintaining our CRM (HubSpot) by documenting all activities conducted.
• Some background in sales, business development, inside sales, or headhunting/recruiting.
• A strong affinity for acquisition and a “hunter” mentality.
• A high level of self-motivation along with a structured and dependable work approach.
• Comfort with KPIs and managing follow-ups effectively.
• A confident, friendly, and goal-oriented attitude.
• Proficient in written and spoken German; English skills are advantageous but not mandatory.
