Inside Sales Representative – NIC Components

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee comprehensive account relationships by delivering strategic service and support to designated clients

• Optimize profit margins, enhance market share, and promote value-added solution sales

• Facilitate quoting, demand fulfillment, timely order delivery, engineering assistance, and troubleshooting

• Serve as the intermediary between suppliers and clients to forge enduring business partnerships

• Create and manage customer strategies within designated account regions

• Oversee supply chain interactions including e-Compass, Consignments, and CARES

• Identify and capitalize on opportunities through synergistic products, reverse logistics, GBC, and ITAD

• Propel solution selling within sanctioned account strategies and make decisions informed by competitive market analysis

• Assist in the Order to Invoice process and manage customer interfaces for quality assurance, corrective measures, and field quality reports

• Maintain Perfect Order Index and inventory accuracy to reduce write-offs and bill-backs

• Coordinate credit, financial data, and available resources

• Take ownership of Quote to Order sales goals, establish quote-process strategies, manage quotations, validate EOL and NCNR modifications, negotiate pricing and markup, and convey price increases

⛳️ Requirements

• Generally requires a 4-year degree and 2–4 years of relevant experience; or an advanced degree with no experience; or equivalent work experience

• Familiarity with Salesforce

• Proficient Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and formulas

• Excellent time management abilities

• Capability to multitask in a dynamic environment

• Sales experience
