This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.
• Accurately respond to RFQs from federal customers while adhering to deadlines.
• Utilize Contraqer or similar configuration/quoting platforms to create, price, and submit quotes.
• Implement OEM deal registration across various manufacturers.
• Obtain strategic pricing, bid desk approvals, and special pricing requests from OEMs and distributors.
• Oversee the complete opportunity lifecycle in Salesforce, including pipeline hygiene, forecasting, activity logging, and the transition from quote to order.
• Collaborate with capture, contracts, and program management teams to develop successful responses for task orders.
• Maintain a solid understanding of contract compliance regulations.
• Build and nurture relationships with distribution partners and OEM federal sales teams.
• Determine pricing strategies that effectively balance win probability with margin protection.
• U.S. Citizenship is mandatory.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in inside sales, federal sales, or sales operations within IT product reselling or government contracting.
• Proven experience in responding to federal RFQs and creating multi-line product quotes.
• Familiarity with OEM deal registration procedures and strategic/special pricing processes.
• Proficient in Salesforce or a similar CRM system.
• Exceptional attention to detail; capable of managing over 10 active quotes simultaneously without missing deadlines.
