This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Promoting the sales of the company’s service products via telephone and occasional site visits.
• Meeting quarterly and annual targets for Orders, Revenues, and Compliance sales.
• Competing for all known sales opportunities within the designated territory through structured account call planning.
• This includes Contract Renewals, generating new business from existing clients, and marketing a range of New Services.
• Ensuring the utilization of all necessary resources to close sales favorably for the company.
• Collaborating with product sales to enhance the sales of upfront contracts and streamline the approach for accounts assigned to service management.
• Engaging in sales, product and systems training, marketing initiatives, and special projects as introduced by the Company.
• Utilizing data sources to evaluate and cultivate sales opportunities that provide the highest ROI.
• Conveying key activities, market trends, and evolving customer development strategies and priorities.
• Establishing and nurturing relationships with customers and potential clients within the assigned territory.
• Accurately predicting future business on a regular basis.
• Initiating negotiations early by planning activities in advance and engaging relevant functions.
• Maintaining an updated pipeline of opportunities to meet or exceed all sales goals.
• Developing and preserving detailed records of customers and prospects.
• A minimum of a BSc or Master’s degree in Life Sciences or related fields.
• Experience in a sales position is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Must reside in Spain for this remote role.
• Proficiency in Spanish, English, and French (mandatory) - CV must be in English.
• Excellent tele sales and communication skills to effectively address customer needs and sell services by phone, with occasional site visits (25% travel).
• Strong analytical abilities to evaluate and prioritize sales opportunities and create sales forecasts.
• Proven organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
• Demonstrated success in building inter-departmental relationships alongside strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, showing initiative and sound business judgment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and SAP.
