This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North America.
β’ Proactively reach out and follow up on all outstanding estimates and unclosed opportunities.
β’ Re-engage customers who chose not to proceed after their initial visit.
β’ Clearly articulate recommendations, pricing, and financing options to clients.
β’ Overcome objections and successfully close sales via phone interactions.
β’ Cultivate strong relationships and build trust with customers.
β’ Accurately update customer records and job statuses within the CRM system.
β’ Collaborate with dispatch and field teams to ensure seamless job scheduling.
β’ Monitor personal performance and consistently meet or surpass sales targets.
β’ Create a sense of urgency and enthusiasm to encourage customers to proceed with necessary work.
β’ Maintain a positive, professional, and solution-oriented demeanor on every call.
β’ Five (5) to ten (10)+ years of inside sales experience, preferably in home services.
β’ Exceptional communication skills and a strong phone presence.
β’ Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
β’ Proficient in working with CRM systems.
β’ Self-motivated with a competitive, goal-oriented approach.
β’ Non-negotiable: Strong closing abilities and proficiency in handling objections.
β’ Fully commission-based compensation.
