Inside Sales Representative – Health Coach Course

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +11 more states.

📋 Description

• Leverage our vast expertise in certifications and specializations to address objections, alleviate prospect concerns, and successfully convert warm leads into sales!

• Make up to 150 calls daily to prospective students (no cold calling involved!)

• Utilize discovery questions and rapport-building strategies to connect with students.

• Achieve and surpass sales objectives, including Monthly Revenue, Average Order Value, and Conversion Rate targets.


⛳️ Requirements

• A strong desire to promote and sell our Health Coach (HCI) course.

• Minimum of 1 year of inside sales experience via phone.

• A proven history in high-ticket sales or managing premium product portfolios is preferred.

• Previous experience with CRM systems.

• Enthusiastic and results-driven, with a solid track record in phone sales.

• Exceptional communication skills over the phone.

• A personal passion for health, life, and nutrition coaching, coupled with a desire to assist others.

• Highly motivated by financial incentives and competitive in nature, relishing the sales process.

• Comfortable engaging with a diverse array of potential customers.

• Capable of guiding and coaching individuals through their challenges, inspiring them to take action despite fears or obstacles.

• Proficient in building rapport, empathizing, and establishing personal connections with prospective students.

• Skilled in framing the enrollment/sales dialogue as a transformative conversation that helps individuals transition from their current state to their desired state.

• Willingness to learn and incorporate AI tools into daily activities.
