Inside Sales Representative – Full-time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Make outbound calls to engage potential new customers.

• Conduct structured initial and discovery calls to assess customer needs.

• Perform telephone outreach to existing contacts within the system.

• Execute regular follow-ups and arrange appointments for our strategy consultants.

• Plan, prepare for, and follow up on scheduled appointments.

• Carefully maintain customer data in our CRM system.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completion of vocational training (in any field) is beneficial but not mandatory.

• Ability to adhere to established systems and processes meticulously.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to express oneself clearly in business-fluent German, both verbally and in writing.

• High self-discipline and a willingness to organize the workday productively while on the phone.

• Good interpersonal intuition and the ability to understand your conversation partner.

• Independent and disciplined working style in a remote setting, capable of delivering full performance without daily supervision.

• A quiet, professional workspace with a reliable internet connection.

• Proficiency in commonly used PC applications.
