• - Assist prospects throughout the final stages of the decision-making process, including contract negotiations and alignment with internal stakeholders.

• - Balance vital closing calls with dedicated time blocks for outbound follow-ups to ensure a healthy and predictable sales pipeline.

• - Maintain a steady daily rhythm of follow-ups and strategic touchpoints to ensure a robust and predictable sales pipeline.

• - Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth handoff and provide insights on lead quality.

• - Keep detailed records of the sales journey in our CRM system to enable accurate forecasting and data-driven insights.

• - Stay updated on the changing global hiring landscape and competitor dynamics to be a top-tier consultant for our clients.

• - Work towards clearly defined monthly and quarterly revenue targets, focusing on high-quality execution and sustainable growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• **Requirements:**

• - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• - 2-3 years of experience in a closing role (Inside Sales or Account Executive), preferably within a fast-growing tech or SaaS environment.

• - Professional or native fluency in English and at least one other European language (German, French, Spanish are highly preferred).

• - Proven comfort in high-activity sales environments, demonstrating the drive and organization needed to manage X+ daily outbound interactions alongside active deal meetings.

• - Demonstrated comfort in high-activity settings, including the ability to manage a diverse pipeline of active deals with precision.

• - Outstanding active listening abilities, with the capacity to distill complex needs into straightforward, actionable solutions.

• - Proven capability to handle negotiations with grace, remaining curious and collaborative to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.

• - A positive attitude and a passion for helping businesses thrive, with a strong willingness to learn and adapt to new market challenges.

• - Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and an eagerness to leverage data to enhance your sales process.

• - Excellent time-management skills to balance active deal management with discovery preparation and administrative accuracy.
