• Propel sales performance in the designated area by employing solution selling techniques, managing the territory effectively, utilizing Zoetis resources, enhancing organizational relationships, and engaging in professional growth.
• Achieve and surpass overall sales goals (quota) for both the general market and key growth products within the specified region.
• Successfully introduce new products and service offerings to the market.
• Efficiently manage a diverse portfolio to capitalize on sales opportunities that align with territory and business objectives.
• Consistently exhibit Solution Selling skills.
• Develop strong relationships with and provide services to all targeted hospitals/personnel to ensure continued relevance and access within each account.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews with the Inside and Digital Sales Manager, and regularly modify strategies, tactics, and investments based on evolving needs to optimize territory performance.
• Collaborate with all Zoetis colleagues in a professional manner, consistently meeting expectations regarding integrity/compliance, work ethic, conduct, effective communication, and overall teamwork.
• A bachelor's degree (BS/BA) is preferred.
• An associate degree is required.
• Experience in Animal Health and knowledge of veterinary medicine is preferred.
• Accountable for achieving results.
• Proven success in previous positions, including creatively identifying opportunities or resolving issues to enhance sales performance.
• Embodies the qualities of a change agent, continuous learner, and inspires self and others to transcend conventional thinking.
• Utilizes analytics and insights to improve decision-making and tactical execution.
• Strong follow-through and meticulous attention to detail.
• Capability to manage assigned expense budgets.
• Proficient in Strategic Selling Skills.

• Ability to convey complex concepts clearly and succinctly.

• Proficient in computer skills, including MS Office, Outlook, and the ability to learn Zoetis systems.
