Inside Sales Representative – Debt Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of a portfolio of customers with significant debt and high intent, guiding them from the initial contact to enrollment.

• Conduct consultative discussions to gain a comprehensive understanding of each customer's financial situation.

• Articulate debt resolution strategies, program structures, and anticipated outcomes with clarity.

• Balance empathy with guidance, assisting customers through challenging emotional and financial decisions.

• Facilitate prompt decision-making and close opportunities, typically within 1-2 calls.

• Prioritize leads and perform targeted follow-ups to enhance conversion rates.

• Achieve and surpass daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in inside sales, preferably within consultative or financial sales settings.

• Demonstrated success in a commission-based role with a track record of meeting goals.

• Strong capability to handle both emotional and analytical discussions effectively.

• Experience in managing a sales pipeline and efficiently prioritizing opportunities.

• Comfortable discussing financial matters, trade-offs, and long-term implications.

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
