Inside Sales Representative – Audiology Account Management, Growth

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Drive Account Penetration: Evaluate current account data to pinpoint 'low-utilization' clinics and execute targeted outreach to enhance their use of our funding products.

• Strategic Coaching: Provide education to audiologists and office managers on effectively presenting loan options to patients, assisting them in overcoming price objections and boosting hearing aid adoption rates.

• Relationship Management: Maintain frequent touchpoints with key stakeholders to ensure our brand remains the preferred funding partner.

• Pipeline Management: Oversee and manage funded loan applications from submission through to completion, ensuring a smooth experience for both the clinic and the patient.

• Webinar & Training Delivery: Facilitate virtual training sessions focused on new product features, promotional interest rates, and best practices for the loan application process.

• Data-Driven Reporting: Track weekly and monthly funded volume metrics to project growth and identify trends within your territory.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Inside Sales, Account Management, or Business Development (experience in Healthcare, Medical Device, or FinTech is a significant advantage).

• The 'Consultative' Edge: You go beyond merely following a script; you comprehend the patient journey and can communicate effectively with busy healthcare providers.

• The Closer Mentality: Although this role focuses on 'existing accounts,' you possess the motivation of a hunter, striving for higher numbers and greater commitments.

• Tech Savvy: Competence with CRM tools (such as Salesforce or HubSpot) and virtual meeting platforms (like Zoom or Teams).
